People & Culture Manager (m/w/d)

As an expert, you are the first point of contact for all HR topics from hiring to culture to development. In our growing company, you will have the opportunity to help shape strategies and processes from the very beginning and to contribute your ideas. You would complement our team on a part-time basis (50-75%).
Your mission
  • Coaching & Mentoring: You advise and mentor employees and managers on all relevant HR topics in a goal-oriented and independent manner. 

  • Process Management: You design, optimize and implement HR processes, strategies and activities and lead HR projects. 

  • HR Administration: You will be responsible for the administration of all HR-related and labor law issues, such as the preparation of employment contracts, references and job advertisements, as well as for the active management of correspondence with employees and applicants. 

  • Recruiting: You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process in cooperation with the line manager, from determining requirements to onboarding. 

  • Staff Development: As an integral part of the so-called “Leadership Triangle” alongside managers and mentors, you are an important sparring partner for all employees in the planning and implementation of development potential and training measures. 

  • Culture & Corporate Branding: You are putting particular focus on bringing corporate culture to life to attract and retain top talent. This also includes the organization of company and team events and other internal initiatives to strengthen the unique corporate culture.

  • Change Management: You are an essential driver of change in our organization, taking charge of the entire change management process and optimizing it.

Your profile
  • Completed specialized professional education in HR, studies with a focus on human resources or comparable qualification.

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Human Resources, as well as knowledge of labor and constitutional law. Experience as HR Officer/HR Business Partner in operational HR work. 

  • Consultation skills, communication and conflict management skills. 

  • Passion for all topics related to HR coupled with a high degree of empathy in dealing with managers and employees

  • Good written and verbal communication skills in German (min. B2) & English (min. C1)

  • Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working

  • You are located in Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot consider applications from other countries.
